How Swapire works
Swapire wants to be a helpful, friendly, fair, and engaging environment for its members. When people visit the website, they should see for themselves it is what we want it to be. So how can be get there? We need rules. Rules are used everywhere to guide people’s actions. So we will do the same in this post to help people understand what we want them doing and not on Swapire.
Remember Swapire reserves the right to immediately terminate any account when it is discovered that a user is violating the rules described on this page or in terms of use. Rule # 1 Swapire is not responsible for its members actions or decisions
Realize Swapire is open to the world as that’s what internet does. As such, anyone from this world can use this site or any site. To be explicit about it, there could be following groups of people using this website:
- billionaires (perhaps not at this time…but check us back in 2016),
- hard working people wanting to ends meet,
- those who have the money but want to save,
- those with not good intentions – wanting to have you do their work and not doing what they promise you
So you can see you have trading options with all kinds of people. This is precisely why you should watch out for those people who do not have good intentions. The site offers educational material such as this page to help you be considerate in making decisions on your task trading needs. But ultimately you are responsible for your own decisions; similarly, your trading partner is responsible for his/her own decisions.
Rule # 2 Be respectful and nice to others
It is true offline but also online if one shows respectful behavior to others, others are also encouraged to do the same. So getting respect from others is just matter of showing respect to others. It is important to remember to avoid harassing or annoying others, using slurs or hate language, or any other behavior that is considered disrespectful.
Rule # 3 Put safety and common sense before sharing your personal information
Make sure to post information, pictures, videos and other information that is relevant and necessary to your trade. Remember the information you share online with others cannot be guaranteed to be used as it was intended.
Rule # 4 You will provide honest and accurate information
Who wants to trade or work with someone who provides false information? The answer is we naturally want to work with those who posses the highest standard of honesty and ethics. So when someone asks you about your work experience be sure you are honest and complete in your response. Otherwise, there is a saying to remember truth cannot be concealed forever. So take responsibility for only work you can do.
Also, provide us complete and accurate information when you register and provide the details of your project. Falsifying information in your submission to the site is in violation of the terms of service and grounds for suspension of the account.
Rule # 5 You are not to use Swapire for any means other to trade your work skills
The discussions or conversations you start on Swapire should have a predefined purpose to ultimately trade a skill or task, not to serve a commercial, illegal, offensive or some other unintended or inappropriate purpose.
Rule # 6 You will do your best to complete your share of the trade
It’s one thing to accept a trade and another to actually do what you agree to trade. What actually matters to all traders is doing the work and completing a job not just doing clicks or hitting some keystrokes. So if you click to accept a trade that involves washing of a car for mowing of a lawn, make sure you do your part and expect the same from the other trader.
Rule # 7 Your use of the site constitutes your agreement with these rules

Reporting violations
Because it is impossible for the Swapire staff to look at every post, graphic, comment or any other user content, the site does not guarantee the accuracy or integrity of the information posted by every user on the site. But you can help us in making the site better for everyone by reporting any violations of these rules. We will review your request and take the appropriate action.
