Q: Why do I need to register?
A: Without registration, you won’t have private space on Swapire. Without the private account, you won’t be able to enjoy the full benefits of Swapire. Our registration guide page helps you understand more about our services and helps you decide whether or not you register. So check it out!
Q: What information do you ask for registration?
A: To register we ask you for your name, country, email address, password, and your consent to Terms of Use. After your account is verified, we ask you for additional (but optional) information such as state, zip code, city, and telephone. But we never ask you for your complete address, credit card number, social security number, date of birth, or anything else that is not relevant to trading of tasks. We ask the basic information that comes to anyone’s mind when they think of trading a task.
Q: Why do you ask me for my personal information?
A: We understand and respect everyone’s privacy. As mentioned in the previous answer, we don’t ask for anything that is not relevant to trading of a task. Our user testing of the requested information show that people who are interested in trading tasks will provide the essential information we ask. Our goal is to provide valuable service to Swapire members without collecting and stuffing our databases with unnecessary information.

Your personal information (such as name, country, city, zip, etc) helps us and our members distinguish you from other members.

Q: What do you do with the limited personal information you collect?
A: We respect your privacy. We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information remains safe with our systems under our control. We don’t use your information for any other purpose than to serve task trading requests to and among Swapire members.
